IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE, CONSCIENCE AFRICAINE NORTH WEST/LITTORAL REGIONS:
1)Condemns, in VERY STRONG TERMS, the Arbitrary Arrest and Detention of MR ABDUL KARIM ALI, contrary to fundamental principles of human rights,
2)Strongly demands the Government of Cameroon for his IMMEDIATE and UNCONDITIONAL release,
3)Clearly reminds the agents of Cameroon Defense and Security forces that they shall respond by all means to the human rights violations being perpetrated in the Anglophone regions of the Country nor matter whatever protection they are enjoying from their superior authorities now,
4)Firmly urges the Government to scrupulously comply with its Regional and International commitments for the effective protection of fundamental human rights being violated on daily basis by Defense and Security forces in the Anglophone regions with Impunity,
5)Continuously reminds the Government of Cameroon that VIOLENCE and ARRESTS of Activists can never solve a POLITICAL OR AN IDEOLOGICAL problem,
6)Calls for Negotiations between the warring parties as a peaceful means of seeking a durable end to the 6 years old Armed Conflict in Anglophone regions of Cameroon,
7)Strongly reminds National and International Community of the determination of CONSCIENCE AFRICAINE NORTH WEST/LITTORAL REGIONS to ensure that these serious violations of human rights and abuses of functions does not go unpunished,
